Townhouses | Panania
A collection of 3 Townhouses and 2 Villas, designed to be timeless and elegant. A subtle palette of neutral materials and colours is employed and then paired with crisp white detailing and charcoal grey accents to create contrast. The street-front facade takes centre stage via clever site planning which locates parking within the site. The interiors feature harmonious, light-filled and tranquil spaces in an open plan, maximising the available space.

In construction 2022. A duo of homes, expressed in clean volumes and refined with neat detailing elements. Double height spaces draw light into the interiors, which feature a smoky palette of finishes, punctuated with dark linear accents.
Narrow Lot Housing | Wadalba
As part of an 89-Lot subdivision development for Fortis Properties Australia, Pereira Design recently submitted a DA for 13 narrow lot homes. Efficiently planned and designed to take advantage of the northern aspect to the rear.
